If you are unable to attend on the specified date, it is your responsibility to locate a replacement. Please inform the meal pickup person (Chief Entree Officer) of the change and the replacement of your assigned responsibility. Thanks.  Look at NEWS and Haven Team Assignments for the future schedule. Please check out new assignments. 

 

    * President Grace Martins conducted the meeting .

  * Grace thanked GraVoc Associates/Cathy Gravel for providing lunch at our September 11 "Brown Bag lunch" $309. dollars will be put into the EREY fund.

* Grace asked everyone to keep Keith in your prayers.

* We had several guest today. Nicole Nelson from Metro Credit Union/ Beth McNelly from the Melrose club and Mary and Joe Peabody from the Portland Oregeon club.

* District Governor Julia Phelps thank all the clubs who sent $100. for the golf tournament. Only 2 clubs did not send money.

* Need a vote to pay for Herb and Jessica for the Ambassadorial Scholar's wekend and Grace's fee for one day.

* President Grace is considering applying for the leadre position with the outbound team to Brazil. More info will follow.

Governor would like all Rotarians to attend the Foundation Seminar which will be on October 9th. She suggest that clubs cancel their weekly meeting so more Rotarians will attend.

*Update on October 13th fundraiser. It will be at the K of C, tickets will be $30.pp and there will be meal and entertainment. Grace is asking every member to try to sell 10 tickets. There will be a guest speaker Donna Lee Rubin.

* On October 23rd Camille Bartlett from PAT co will be our guest speaker.

* Sometime in October Heidi from Swampscott club will come to talk about the Water project in February.

* Sarah Tanner resigned today due to work changes.

 

.* Mel continues to collect bottle & cans, please see Mel if you have any questions. 

* Mel had the Entertainment 2008 Books.*

Thank you to Dick Berg for selling 3 Entertainment books If you need books to sell, please let Mel know and he can deliver them to your place of Business. Mel 978-531-8605. Thank you."

* President Grace will not be at the meeting next week so Steve Morad will conduct the meeting.

As you can read we had a very busy meeting and that is why your attendance is important. Please make every effort to attend our weekly meetings!

Happy Dollars....Today Scott collected $30. The  pool is at $148. The  card is the King of Spades   Mel & Grace tickets were picked last week but did not pick right card. Grace and Cathy picked today but not right card. The pool continues to grow.
