* President Grace Martins conducted the meeting .
* Grace welcomed everyone. We had 2 guests today. Paul Marcudetti from the Danvers club and Keith Armstrong from East Boston Savings bank and possible new member.
* Grace announced that Julia Pheleps wanted an announcement made about the Rotary Day on June 3rd, everyone was welcome to attend. The cost is $20 per person and bring a salad. It runs from 12-6pm.
* The scholarship committee met this morning and have chosen the 6 recipients. They are Deirdre Foley/Alycia Griffin/Nelli Kurochka/Brad Linehan/Kara Mackinson/James Scangas. Letters were sent out to invite these students and their parents to the Chamber Breakfast on May 30th to congratulate them from the Rotary.

* Fred thanked Loring for his donation for the raffle that will be at the annual meeting in Bermuda.
* Tom announced that the June meeting will be held at Carabba's. Tom has set it up with them.
* Rudy and Tom reported that only about 20 people attended Haven on Friday May 4th.
* Grace announced that Ruth Kendrew has resigned as a Rotary member due to work issues. We wish her well.
* Grace talked about the International Festival and if anyone was interested in chairing that committee. Cathy volunteered to pick up the form at city hall and will bring to next meeting.
* Grace reminded everyone that the Chamber Auction is on May 15th.
*May 15th meeting will be at Spinelli's .
