Application Process:

The application can be found here or the application will also be available through the high school guidance department.

Required:

• Applicant Information
• Parent/Guardian Information
• Answer Application Questions A, B, C and D and Community/International Service.
• Verification of Service Form attached to the Application.
• Official transcripts from High School

Note:

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• No Applications will be considered after the due date.
